Important Usage & Safety Notes

• Operation
• DO NOT operate the tool in a vertical orientation (nozzle up), as this may allow paint to flow back into the motor, causing damage.
• Always ensure the battery is fully charged, the nozzle and cup are securely attached, and perform a test spray to check for an even pattern before starting your project.
• Safety First
• ALWAYS wear a respir ator, safety goggles, solvent-resistant gloves, and long-sleeved clothing.
• Work in a well-ventilated area. Clear the space of flammable materials, keep away from open flames, and use drop cloths to protect surfaces from overspray.
• Spraying Technique
• Use only compatible paints. Thin thick paints as necessary. Do not fill the cup beyond 80% capacity.
• Maintain a consistent distance of 15-25cm (6-10 inches) from the surface.
• Use steady, overlapping motions and apply 2-3 thin coats instead of one thick one.
• Select the appropriate spray pattern (vertical/horizontal/diagonal) for the surface you are coating.
• What to Avoid
• NEVER touch the nozzle outlet with your hands.
• Avoid continuous, extended operation to prevent motor overload.
• NEVER attempt to clear a clogged nozzle with the tool powered on. Always turn it off and clean with an appropriate solvent.
• Cleaning & Storage
• Clean immediately after use: Pour out leftover paint and flush the cup and nozzle with an appropriate solvent until all residue is removed.
• Store properly: Let all parts air dry completely before reassembly. Store the battery fully charged in a cool, dry place. Avoid placing heavy objects on the tool body.
