I don't like it much

I was promised something that can jump start a car but I am not sure it can, unless it's a very small vehicle with a very small battery. I tried it and it couldn't do it. The blower is very weak, and cannot do much. It inflates tyres all right though. And I thought it had a type-c outlet which it does not. Just A USB 'out' which means you cannot connect a C-type-C-type device.
