There are 4 pins outside the module: VCC, Trig (control side), echo (receiver), output (null) GND. So it's a very simple interface for the controller to use its scope.

All process is: push Trig pin to high level, module start scope;

To complete the range, if you find an object in front of you, the echo pin will be high level, and based on different distances, it will require different durations of high level.

So we can easily calculate the distance: Test Distance = (High Level Duration x Sound Speed (340M/S))/2
