Here’s how it works:
You have a dumbbell set, which you can add or remove weights as you see fit. Use these for Arm, Chest, biceps and triceps to increase your strength, gain muscle and reduce accumulated fat.
To these dumbbells, you can remove the nuts and add a kettlebell handle on one side or both. Use the Kettlebell for multiple Exercises to improve your stability, increase strength and flexibility.
Add weight discs to a kettlebell bolt see photos, for more intense chest work-outs in any position.
Combine the two dumbbells we had on setup 1 with a Barbell bar and we have a heavy barbell. you can also remove weights on one side for each to have a lighter barbell which you can use to perform less intense exercises. The Kettlebell handles in Set up 3 are well cushioned and ergonomic. You can use them as push-up bars. Using a push–up bar will enable an extended range of movement during the exercise, meaning that you will be able to lower your body much further in comparison to regular push–ups. This makes the exercise more challenging, and therefore more effective in providing you with better results
