The botanical and common names of the herbs found in Yarrow Complex are Achillea millefolium (yarrow), Taraxacum officinalis (dandelion), Melissa officinalis (lemon balm), Gentiana lutea (great yellow gentian) and Carduus benedictus (blessed thistle). Dosage of Yarrow Complex Directions for use:Adults: 20 to 30 drops in a little water three times daily before meals. Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age 2 or 3 times daily in a little water. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in Yarrow Complex. Do not use during pregnancy. Ingredients Ingredients:Contains the tinctures of: fresh Achillea millefolium* (Yarrow) herb 30%, fresh Taraxacum officinalis* (Dandelion) herb and root 22%, fresh Melissa officinalis* (Lemon Balm) herb 20%, fresh Gentiana lutea (Yellow Gentian) root 18% and fresh Carduus benedictus* (Blessed Thistle) herb 10%. Alcohol content: 59% V/V.
