Product function introduction:
The one-way temperature controller can set as
"refrigerating" or "heating", using 10K general NTC
thermistor to control temperature, control the one-way relay (NO, NC) output.
The temperature range controlled is -45℃-110℃. It is used extensively in various refrigerating and
heating situations.
Under refrigerating mode, the output opens
when the temperature is above (temperature control value + backlash), and stops
when temperature is the at temperature control value.
Under heating mode, the output opens when the
temperature is below (temperature control value - backlash), and stops when
temperature is the at temperature control value.
The temperature control value and backlash
are adjustable. Correction function for temperature deviation is also available.
DIN rail-type installation is adopted which
is easy and fast for installing.
The advanced design of isolating power supply
is adopted, which can ensure the controller work steadily, reliably, and
continuously when the power supply changes between 100V and 240VADC.

Panel introduction
1.The indicator light is lit when the relay NO pulls-in.
2. LED display window: temperature is displayed during work (T temperature =
T temperature measured + T deviation)
3. (erected triangle)is parameter plus adjust key under set state; Under work
state, press it for long to check the temperature control value set.
4. (SET) set key, press it to start the parameter set state and press one by one
to shift to display each parameter.
5. (Inverted triangle)is parameter minus adjust key under set state.
6. If no action is conducted in 3 min after adjusting, the interface will
return to the main interface automatically, displaying current temperature.

1. Under H mode, when T temperature≥T temperature control, the relay NO is off, output
stops; when T temperature is<(T temperature - T backlash), the relay NO pulls-in again, heating
output starts;
2. Under L mode, when the T temperature≤T temperature control, the relay NO is off, output
stops; when T temperature is>(T temperature + T backlash), the relay NO pulls-in again,
refrigerating output starts;
The time for relay output open-- close or close-- open
shall not be shorter than the Pt set value.
Operation guide:
Press(SET)to start setting parameter, press one by one to
shift to display each parameter; (erected triangle)(Inverted triangle )is used
to adjust the value. After setting, press continuously the(SET) key until the
main interface is get.

current capacity of the output contact is 5 ampere of restrictive load and 1
ampere of inductive load. It can control the 1000W electrical heating or
electrical motor or water pump of 200W. A.C. contactor is needed to enlarge the
capacity for more load.

Remark:The max load current of this product is 10A, so please
ensure an allowance (around 6A) during long-term using to increase the using
time. The parameters and set in this guide are those when the load connects
onto the NO end. If connection onto the NC end is required, please set accordingly.

Safety precautions
1. The temperature sensor is easily damaged if it touches
water, so please keep sealing with no water leakage after the (sensor probe) is
inserted into the (waterproof blind tube).
Do not directly put the (sensor) into the water for
measuring temperature.
2. Please do not put the transmission line of the
temperature sensor at the same wire duct with the 220V high-voltage wire to
avoid disturbance of strong current to the controller.
3.The temperature sensor can be connected with two-core
electrical wire for prolong.
4.Output load: restrictive
load is 220V/5A; inductive load is 220V/1A.
The temperature sensor is a 10K thermistor
restrictive sensor where B=3950 with many advantages of high accuracy of
temperature measuring, excellent steadiness and very low temperature drift. The
user can prolong the sensor by connecting with two-core wire with an effective
extension of 100 meters.
Temperature sensor probe needs to measure the
water temperature in a waterproof blind tube for isolation, so that the sensor
can be durable in use. Direct measuring in the water shall damage it easily.
