Detailed Information About The Product:
Name:AD8307 RF Logarithmic Detector Module Logarithmic Amplifier DC-500MHz for Transmitter Antenna
1. AD8207 is the first logarithmic amplifier. It is a 500MHz complete single-chip demodulation logarithmic amplifier using progressive compression (continuous detection) technology. It can provide 92dB (±3dB) and 88dB (± 1dB) dynamic range.
2. The CMOS-compatible fast execution control pin can disable the standby current of the AD8307 to 150μA. The dynamic range extends from about -75dBm (where dBm refers to a 50Ω source, that is, the amplitude of the sine wave is about 50. ±56μ) to +17σBm (the amplitude of the sine wave is ±22V).
3. Simple input matching network can reduce this range to -88dBm to +3dBm. In the central part of this range, the logarithmic linearity is usually between ±0.3dB to 100MHz, with only a slight drop at 500MHz.
4. AD8307 has no minimum frequency limit, the minimum can reach 20Hz or lower audio frequency. Can be used for transmitter power measurement, receiver strength measurement, transmitter antenna power measurement, signal level conversion to decibel form, etc.
5. Highly stable adjustment under different temperatures, complete multi-stage logarithmic amplifier, fully differential DC coupled signal path, SMA signal input and output, 3.81-2PIN power socket
