Notes:

Please ensure the device is compatible with your vehicle and phone.

This device is only compatible with vehicles equipped with original CarPlay or Android Auto systems.

Android phones are only compatible with smartphones running native Android 11 or later. It is recommended to update the Google Play suite to the latest version.

When connecting, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi must be enabled, and a Bluetooth connection must be established (Wi-Fi connection to the device is not required).

Before connecting a new phone, please disconnect all previously connected devices.

If the volume is insufficient, switch to FM or AM mode, wait for the volume to recover, and then switch back to CarPlay mode.

If the screen is black, disconnect the device, reset the device, and then restart the vehicle.

If the device suddenly stops working, remove it and press the reset button.
