Mode of Action

Emamectin Benzoate, the active ingredient in Amigad 5.7WDG, works by binding to the gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and glutamate-gated chloride channels in the nervous system of the target pests. This disrupts nerve impulses, causing paralysis and eventual death. It is effective both as a contact and stomach poison.

Additional Notes
