The 26650 6800mAh BL26650 battery is a capacious and efficient cell used in modern high-power LED flashlights, power banks and, when combined in packages, in power tools .
BL26650 industrial batteries do not have electronic overcharge or deep discharge protection .
They only have basic thermal and pressure protection in the form of fuse elements and membranes under the terminals.
Only chargers that automatically cut off charging when the voltage reaches 4.2V should be used . Care should also be taken not to over-discharge the cell, below a voltage of 2.5V . A battery used this way will successfully withstand several hundred charge/discharge cycles.
