RTV stands for Room‑Temperature Vulcanizing silicone. It cures at room temperature when exposed to moisture in the air.
“Black RTV” refers to the color and formulation (black silicone) — often reinforced or modified to handle higher stresses, oil exposure, temperature cycling, etc.
“15 g” is the mass (gram quantity) of the product in the tube — a small cartridge or tube suitable for light or spot repairs (e.g. valve covers, small sealing surfaces).
