BT201 is a 12V car battery , suitable for car owners and car maintenance

technicians. The battery can quickly read ant car battery

data, such as voltage, internal resistance, cold cranking current and battery

capacity, battery health and state of charge. The ability to provide accurate

test results, calate the battery's cold-cranking capability and age,

allowing for faster and more precise vehicle repairs. The BT201 can detect

ordinary flooded batteries with a capacity of 100-2000 CCA, AGM flat

plates, AGM rals, and batteries

Battery test

1）Precautions：

*Turn off the engine, connect the red clip of the to the positive

terminal of the battery and the blaclip to the negative terminal of the

battery, the device will automatically power up and be ready to test.

*If you are testing the battery in the car, do not insert the key or keep it

in the off position. e sure all electrical equipment is turned off.

*If the battery voltage is higher than normal, turn on the headlights for 2

to 3 minutes, and chethe battery when the voltage drops to normal.

Battery test function：1 Select the Battery Test, enter the interface, select the battery type,

and pre the OK on to continue:

2 Pre the OK on to select the correct battery standard:

3 Pre the OK on to continue, for example enter the rated current

value: 350 CCA

Use the up and down keys to enter the correct CCA value.

4 Pre the OK on and wait, the screen will display the test results.

5 Pre the ESC on and wait, the device will return to the main menu.

Cranking Test：

1 Select the start test function, pre the OK on to enter the test

interface, start the engine at the same time, and follow the instructions on

the screen.

2 The test results will be displayed on the screen later.

3 Pre the ESC on and wait, the device will return to the main menu.

4 Cranking Test result instruction（For 12V battery）

Charging test：

1 Start the engine and turn on all electrical equipment, select the charging

test function, and pre the OK on to enter the voltage ripple test

interface.

2 Turn off all powered devices and pre the OK on to continue.

Follow the screen prompts, step on the vehicle accelerator pedal, increase

the RPM to 2500r/min and hold for 5 seconds.

3 Pre the OK key and the test results will be displayed on the screen.

Pre the ESC key to return to the main menu.

4 Charging Test result instruction（For 12V battery）

Review：

1. Select the Review data function and pre the OK on to enter. The

screen will display the latest piece of test data.

2. Pre the ESC key to return to the main menu.

Setup:

1 Select the setting function and pre the OK on to enter the

language setting interface.

2 Select the language, pre OK to confirm, and jump to the main menu

after completion.
