Product installation step

Install the front steering wheel as shown in the figure below

1.Open the small cover on the right side of the steering wheel rear housing (Fig. 1)

2.Pre the spring in the red circle inward (Fig. 2)

3.Pre the three springs on the left, right and bottom of the steering wheel to remove the steering wheel airbag cover (Fig. 3)4.After removing the airbag cover, move the three springs in the direction of the red arrow in Fig. 4 to remove the left and right handles without keys (Fig. 4)

****The following is the wiring method of the patrol car without constant speed****4. Installation and wiring of steering wheel ons：---Install the steering wheel on (this product) according to the above re method (Fig. 5)---Insert 1 into C socket (Fig. 5, 6, 7)---Insert plug C into socket A (Fig. 5, 6, 7)---Fix ground wire 2 on screw B (Fig. 5, 6, 7)---Connect wire 3 to the positive pole of the power supply of the car horn (Fig. 5, 6, 7)

5.Wire connection of receiving box--Figure 8 below is the signal receiving box. The connection method of each socket and wire terminal of the receiving box is introduced below.

--Find a black 28pin socket at the back of the car dashboard (Figure 9)----Insert the yellow wire T4 in the receiving box of Figure 8 into the 28Pin socket (Figure 9) at the marked position

--Find a gray-black 14Pin socket under the balance spring of the steering wheel (Figure 10)

--Use s to carefully pry open the white clip of the 14-pin socket (Figure 11)

--Insert the red wire T3 terminal of the receiving box into the No. 1 position of the 14pin socket (as shown in Figure 12 below, the position indicated by the red arrow)--Reset the white clip to prevent the wire from coming out

--The picture below is the socket of the car connected to the radio. Find the corresponding pin according to the position of KEY1 and KEY2 of the socket on the back of your radio (note: different manufacturers’ products may be in different positions), and set the blue color of the receiving box Insert the wire T2 into the key1 position of the socket; insert the green wire T1 of the receiving box into the key2 position of the socket.

--Connect the S1 and S2 plugs of the receiving box to the car radio and the car harne respectively. The S3 plug is a spare and can be used.--After testing whether the functions of the steering wheel ons are normal, reset the acceories.

Installation method of car with constant speed cruise

1，Steering wheel on installation： --Take the black wire from the car steering wheel socket (Figure 15) out of the white rubber shell (not used), leaving the wire position "M". --Take out the brown wire of the steering wheel on from the white plastic shell (Picture 14), and then insert this wire into the "M" hole vacated in the previous step (Picture 16) --Cut off the metal terminal of the red wire "1" in the steering wheel on, and then connect this wire to the first hole on the left side of the black socket on the car steering wheel (Figure 17) --Other wire connections in the steering wheel ons are the same as those of models without fixed-speed cruises.

2.Receiving box wiring for fixed-speed cruise models --Find the yellow socket in Figure 18 under the steering wheel --Connect the red wire "T3" of the receiving box with the blue wire in Figure 18 --The other wire connection method of the receiving box is the same as the connection method of the model without fixed speed cruise --After installing the above steps, enter the cenl control navigation, find an option for steering wheel learning, and then you can learn accordingly

Question: Can't learn after installation?

---Solution 1: Please check the side control line, whether there is any line on the nsfer line installed after navigation, and whether the side control signal can reach the navigation.---Solution 2: The square control line voltage has a voltage of 3-5V, whether the measurement with a universal meter is correct.---Solution 3: See if there is a line definition on the back of the navigation, or ask the navigation manufacturer.---Solution 4: Check the line for bad contact.
