Product Description
Removing the whisk:
1. Set the whisk to the desired position. the speed control to OFF.
2. Unplug the stand mixer or disconnect the power supply. 3. Tilt the motor head back.
4. Push the paddle as far as it will go and turn it to the left. 5. Remove the clubs from the club shaft.
Set the mixer to bowl cleaning:
If the wire whip touches the bottom of the bowl or is too far from the bowl, you can easily correct the distance.
1. Set the speed control to OFF.
2. Unplug the stand mixer or disconnect the power supply. 3. Tilt the motor head back.
4. Turn the mallet height adjustment screw slightly counterclockwise (left) to raise the wire whip or clockwise (right) to lower the wire whip.
5. Adjust the setting so that the wire whip clears the bowl surface straight. If you adjust the screw too much, you may not be able to lock the motor head when it is lowered.
