Cooling vest production process
1. After filling the ice pack with an appropriate amount of water (no more than the black line), shake it 6-8 times until the liquid in the ice pack solidifies (just fill it with water once, and it can be freeze repeatedly)
2. Put the ice pack in the freezer of the refrigerator for 5-6 hours and then take it out (you need a colder effect, you can extend the freezing time)
3. Put the ice packs into the bags on the inside of the cooling suit in turn
4. Adjust the size of the vest to be cool
