The client has finally decided on the Teller queue call system. It will operate this way. There will be people standing in line to be served by 5 tellers. When a teller is available to serve the next customer, he/she uses the wirele call button. A large display in front of the line will show the counter number and is poible also indicate the word “Teller” such as Teller 3. It will also audibly announce the teller number. There is no need for multi-line display, only show the present teller call number. This display will hang from the ceiling and be as large as poible. A second identical display will also be hanged from the ceiling at a different location to guide the customers to the tellers. Both displays will show the same things. There will also be 5 teller station lights (Red) as bright as poible. These station lights will illuminate when the teller prees the call button.
