The PCM5102 decodes independently and adopts the I2S protocol transmission which is much better than the bluet ooth playback board without decoding output. The decoding further improves the sound quality and resolution. Not comparable to general toy-level bluet ooth audio output. The signal-to-noise ratio is 112db and the 2.1V RMS audio voltage is directly output. The high frequency is not glitchy the low frequency is full and the dive is good.
In order to have a lower output impedance and good matching output the HIFI op amp AD823 is used. This IC is used on the Colorful Classic Player C4. The sound performance is clean and stable the sound level is rich and it has good control.
