Install Batteries: Open the cover, insert two AAA batteries with correct polarity (+/-), and close the cover securely.

Start/Stop: Press [ON/OFF] to start in "Automatic Mode." Press it again to stop.

Switch Modes: Press [MODE] to cycle through the 8 massage modes.

Set Timer: The default time is 15 minutes. Press [TIME] to switch to 5 minutes.
