Assemble:
Step 1: Get the shell and tear off the protective film on both sides, you will see the transparent crystal shell.
Step 2: First fix the copper column to the circuit board and tighten the big screws (the circuit board in the picture is a different version of the Canton Tower)
Step 3: Fix the base plate of the Canton Tower and the base plate of the shell together
Step 4: Screw installation method, shell fixing method, put the screws first, and then tighten the screws
Step 5: Put the four long shells of the Canton Tower shell against the circuit board and pay attention to the holes of the shell corresponding to the interface of the circuit board
Attention:
(1) We need to check the short-circuit connection by yourself, please check it patiently!
(2) Note that the direction of the chip is the direction of pin 1 and the notch. Reverse soldering will directly burn the chip. Reverse soldering of the capacitor will also easily cause the capacitor to explode.
(3) Power supply check, connect the voltage file of the multimeter to the 4P header with silk screen x, and test whether there is a short circuit between VCC and GND, and whether it is about 5V. If the power supply is normal, the colorful lights D1 to D4 on the bottom panel will flash automatically.
Also pay attention to whether the welding of the power interface is short-circuited. The power interface has 5 pins and the distance between the pins is relatively short. Please pay attention when welding!
