This is a development board for the ESP8266 module from Expressif Systems

It is an excellent way to interface/develop for the popular ESP8266 modules, with built-in USB.The USB interface uses a CP2102

It can be used with NodeMCU Lua or Micropython to run scripts

AT can be installed to control the device via serial s, or it can be programmed with your own Sketch/ directly from the IDE

The built-in b/g/n Wifi can operate as a client, server, or even both at once. The Wifi Antenna is integrated on the board

This is a 3.3V module : all logic levels should be 3.3V, and if interfacing with 5V devices, some form of logic level conversion should be used

The board can be installed with Lua, MicroPython, AT s , or of your own design. It comes installed with Lua , with the USB serial port set at 115200 baud
