AX99100 is a single-chip solution that fully integrates PCIe 2.0 Gen 1 endpoint controller and SerDes with various peripherals Such as two/four high-speed serial ports one parallel port I2C master high-speed S PI local bus ISA-Like and GPIO.
It consists of four main configurations such as 2S PCIe to Dual Serial 2S+1P PCIe to Dual Serial and Single Parallel 2S+S PI PCIe to Dual Serial and S PI and LB PCIe to Dual Serial and S PI Local Bus/ISA - Like
Suitable for different types of applications. AX99100 is packaged in a 68-pin QFN package and is RoHS compliant. It supports commercial-grade operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C and industrial-grade temperature range from -40 to 85°C.
