Fryums or farfar is an Indian ready-to-fry snack food composed primarily of potato starch and flour.

How to cook
Pan fry-Carefully add a few fryums to the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry them in batches to ensure they cook evenly and do not stick together. Fry the fryums in the hot oil until they puff up which usually takes 1-2 minutes.
Microwave - Keep it directly on the microwave plate & it takes 1 to 2 mins for these to get cooked.
Air fryer 3 to 4 minutes is enough
Hot Salt frying-Put a batch of salt in a heavy-bottomed pan or wok and heated over medium to high heat.Carefully dropped into the hot salt, where they will begin to puff up and cook.
