Product details

Fryums or farfar is an Indian ready-to-fry  snack food composed primarily of potato starch and flour.

They are known for their crispy texture and vibrant colors, often shaped into different designs like wheels, tubes, or springs. Fryums are a popular tea-time snack or a light meal, enjoyed for their flavor and satisfying crunch.

When consumed in moderation and alongside nutritious foods, fryums can fit into a well-rounded eating plan.

How to cook

Pan fry-Carefully add a few fryums to the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry them in batches to ensure they cook evenly and do not stick together. Fry the fryums in the hot oil until they puff up which usually takes 1-2 minutes.

Microwave - Keep it directly on the microwave plate & it takes 1 to 2 mins for these to get cooked.

Air fryer 3 to 4 minutes is enough

Hot Salt frying-Put a batch of salt in a heavy-bottomed pan or wok and heated over medium to high heat.Carefully dropped into the hot salt, where they will begin to puff up and cook.

Can be consumed during tea time or as a light meal.Popular among kids at kids parties and adults
