The Drift Stick Fix solves this problem in a rather novel way by placing a pair of adjustable parts on the controller's circuit board.
Once installed, you simply use the calibration website to measure the drift of the controller and adjust the mechanism to bring it back to dead center.
If the problem recurs, you can turn on the controller and adjust it again.

Note:
This module requires welding equipment to complete, non-professionals should not try.
This board is not suitable for XBOXONE Elite Edition and for PS5 original-orange joystick.
