HOW TO QUICKLY SETTING UP THE TRACKER?
STEP 1. – Activate Sim

Buy a local SIM card with  network function and Install the new SIM card into your mobile phone activate the SIM card. Make sure it can make a call, send a text, and has an internet connection. Once this is confirmed, insert SIM to your tracker.

STEP 2. – Turn on the tracker

Charge it about 0.5 hour first,Or connect to vehicle power.

The yellow and blue indicator lights will start flashing while it searches for a network and GPS.

Please wait 5 minutes in a good reception area (by a window or outside) for both lights to come on Regular slow flashes.  if it can not find a network. Move it to another location.

Please note, The device's displayed location will be the last uploaded GPS location, so the platform's location will be inaccurate until the device get the GPS signal.

STEP 3. - Setting APN for the tracker

(1) You need to know your tracker’s SIM card's APN (You can ask your SIM card provider);

(2) Please note the following operations need From another phone number to send a text message command to the tracker’s sim card’s phone number to set the tracker's APN.

For example:

APNs are: gigsky-02

If your SIM card’s APN is without username and password, then send text command(SZCS#APN=gigsky-02) to the tracker, and it will reply “SETOK:APN=gigsky-02”.

The text command is: SZCS#APN=gigsky-02

STEP 4. - Setting GPRS mode

Log in to the device. When the blue and yellow indicators flash slowly and regularly, it indicates that the device has been connected to the network and has obtained the GPS signal. You can log in to the web or APP to check if the tracker is active. (Username is your tracker’s IMEI number that is written on the product, password: 123456)

If you set ok of all, you can track it online. If it is online but shows a China location, then take it outside which is a good place to get a GPRS signal, when it gets a signal, will update your location.

If the device is not online, please check the device setting, send: CXZT to device,

It will reply to the setting you can check in reply:

1. The APN if is correct;

2. The IP and Port if is correct(IP:47.254.174.70, gt06 port:6006 ,you can check if same as reply)
