One can use on either dry or wet feet. 

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare a bowl of warm water and pour into a basin, or heat with a foot spa, it is better to add coarse salt, and then put your feet and let them soak into the bubble for more than 10 minutes.

Step 2: Wipe dry, take down your feet and start scrubbing the places where you feel rough. There will be white crumbs falling off.

Step 3: After cleaning, apply a foot cream (hand cream can also be used instead), wrap it in a foot cover or wrap it in plastic wrap, remove it after 15 minutes, and you will find that your feet are like baby's.

Step 4: After use, clean the lame boards of the foot file and flush them with water. Do not immerse the lame boards in the water. Put it in a cool, ventilated place and dry it. Wash and sterilize the scrubber thoroughly to avoid attracting bacteria.
