Heat Therapy Patches  for Menstrual Pain Relief is a long-lasting deep penetrating heat therapy patch which provides soothing relief from menstrual cramps and period pain for up to 12 hours. It is a natural heat therapy that is used to reduce swelling, relieve swelling, relieve pain, activate blood circulation and effectively restore bruises. It temporarily relieves lower abdomen colic and waist pain before and during menstruation. It does this by providing deep penetrating heat to relieve the period pains.

  4. Alternatively, place the patch to the skin at the site of pain to provide quicker soothing pain relief
  5. Easily remove the heat patch by pealing it off your skin or undergarment
