IUsage Instructions- Before use, please scan the QR code with your phone to download the surveillance camera app and complete the registration.
- Connect Power Supply: Plug in the camera and wait for it to complete its self-check.
- Add Camera: Open the app on your phone, click on “Add Camera,” and scan the QR code on the bottom of the camera to complete the addition.
- Network Setup: In the app, enable the WiFi device, select your home WiFi, enter the required parameters, and click “Confirm” to generate a QR code. Position the QR code directly in front of the camera at a distance of 10-30 cm and wait for the device to connect successfully.
Usage Notes
If no voice prompt is heard:
- Already connected to WiFi: Use the “Other Methods” to add the camera by entering the camera ID.
- Has a speaker but no sound: Check if the power adapter and camera are faulty.
- No speaker device: Ensure the device is powered on, press the “Reset” button for 7 seconds, and then connect using the “Hotspot Established” method.
If QR code scanning fails:
- Check for obstructions: For new devices, remove the lens protective film; for old devices, clean the lens.
- Adjust phone position: Align the QR code on your phone screen with the camera lens, keeping a distance of 10-30 cm until the device prompts “Configuration Received.”
- Maximize phone brightness: Avoid glare on the phone screen.
