Q:If the humidifier seems doesn't work properly or produces little stream, how should we do to fix it?

1: -- The filter (or cotton swab) is not completely soaked.

The cotton swabs in the mini humidifier is used to absorb water. For better performance, we advise user to make sure completely soak a filter stick before inserting to the humidifier and turning it on.

2: -- Check if the spring is still in under the filter.

If the spring is missing, then the cotton swab cannot absorb water effectively, which will cause no mist even you to hit the button.

3: -- Don't add essential oils or other water treatment chemicals to the humidifier.

It is best not to add essential oils in the water tank, which will affect the spraying ability of the humidifier.

4:-- The filter (or cotton swab) is used for a long time.

The cotton swab will become dirty and hard if used for a long time .It is recommended to change the cotton swab every 1 to 3 months, depending on how frequently you use your humidifier and what type of water you use in the water tank.

5:-- If the USB cable is broken, please replace the USB cable or a new mini humidifier.

6:-- If the humidifier is broken, or there are some uncertain problems inside the machine.

Replace a new one from the brand side. They will reach you at the soonest.

Please do not let it work when there is no water in the humidifier, it will cause the humidifier to heat up, damage the humidifier,and affects its service life
