1. BIMETAL HEATBREAK: The heat break uses bimetal fixings, ti alloy for reducing heat upward conduction, copper for heat dissipation, accelerate heat conduction.
2. HEAT RESISTANCE: The all metal heatbreak has good heat resistance, good fit with the filament, no wear and burning, high temperature resistance up to 420℃.
3. FINE PROCESSING: Using precise machine tools for processing and stamping, the inner hole of the heatbreak has a smoothness of 0.3, a torsion of over 10kg.
4. APPLICABLE MODEL: This bimetallic heat break is suitable for Prusa I3 MK3 MK3S 3D printer model, with good compatibility, and is used for 1.75mm filament.
5. STANDARD SIZE: The hot end heatbreak has compact size and standard thread, easy to install and replace, allowing for direct replacement of old ones.
