Kegel balls are vaginal dumbbells designed to help you correctly locate and exercise the pelvic floor muscles, keeping them toned, strong and healthy. How to use

Step 1: start with the lightest weight (light pink) to the heaviest (dark pink) or the weight that you cannot hold in your vagina

Step 2: Clean the ball with medicated soap,

Step 3: apply water based lube

Step 4: slide the ball into the vagina

Step 5: Clench your vaginal muscles around the kegel ball to prevent it from falling and continue with exercise, bathing, walking or chores.

Step 6: Contract the muscles for about 5-10 secs then relax. Repeat these contractions for about 15mins.

Step 7: remove the ball by tagging on the string

Step 8: wash the ball, dry it, store in a cool dry place
