After sharpening less than 5 Knives the gadget has a gaping hole. Just wasted my money despite having preferred to return it but your people insisted it was working.

Sharpen the knife backwards and it works. No manual. So just put the knife in and pull backwards to you. Then lift it off and repeat. Do not push and pull.
