This is also the solution that allows hair to form in the curl once the bonds are broken, it rebuilds the disulfide bonds by removing those extrabatoms. The newly formed hair will now be able to maintain its new shape.
≡ USER ADVICE ≡
Use after straightening hair with the Leisure Curl cold perm and achieving the desired wave with the Leisure Curl stimulator. Saturate each curler completely with Leisure Curl Neutralizer and leave for 15 minutes. Remove the curlers and rinse the hair with lukewarm water. Apply activator gel and style as desired.
