How to Use

1. Insert two AAA batteries into the rear battery compartment.
2. Press the power button and allow the display to initialize.
3. Place the base flat against the surface to be measured, or attach magnetically to a ferrous workpiece.
4. Wait one to two seconds for the reading to stabilize on the LCD screen.
5. Press the hold button to lock the displayed value before moving the tool.
