Product Description MasterClass's large roasting tin and rack set is a must-have for daily cooking. It includes a large roasting pan (40 x 28 x 7.5 cm) and a reversible roasting rack (37 x 26 x 10 cm). Together, they help you prepare healthier, yet delicious roasts. Healthier Roasting The roasting rack keeps whole poultry and meat joints raised during roasting. This allows fat and juices to collect in the pan. So, you can enjoy that familiar flavour, guilt-free. Or you can use them to make delicious gravy. Materials The pan is made from heavy duty carbon steel, while the rack is made of thick steel wire. They're both rust and warp resistant. The large roasting tray also features rolled edges, giving it long-lasting strength. Non-Stick Coating The MasterClass large roasting tin with rack is finished with a double coating of Quantum II. This powerful, PTFE, PFOA and BPA free non-stick releases food in an instant, meaning there's less mess. Pan Features With its large size, the roaster is ideal for beef briskets, lamb joints or even a medium turkey. Removing them from the oven is easy too. It features a pair of sturdy, riveted side handles, that provide a secure grip, even with oven gloves. They fold in too, so it will fit in most home ovens. Rack Features The removable roast rack is reversible. Flip it over and it's handles become legs. This provides additional space for you to roast veg underneath your meat or poultry.. Useful Info - Oven safe to 220°C (428°F) - Fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe
