MAX31855 has a cold junction compensation, K, J, N, T or E-type thermocouple signal into a digital value. The device outputs data 14 signed byTM compatible interface, in read-only format. Converter temperature resolution of 0.25 , the maximum temperature reading is + 1800 , the minimum temperature reading is -270 , for K-type thermocouple, a temperature range of -200  to + 700 , maintained ± 2  accuracy. MAX31855 thermocouple-to-digital converter output, built-in 14 analog / digital converter (ADC). Cold junction compensation device with detection and correction, digital controller,-compatible interface, and aociated control logic, temperature controllers, proce control or monitoring system designed for use with an external microcontroller (μC) work. Providing a plurality of versions of the device, each version for a particular thermocouple type (K, J, N, T, or E-type Delivery pin and connector seat no welding, distribution

1. The thermocouple is very sensitive and requires a high-quality amplifier with a cold compensation reference.

2. This product can do everything for you, and can easily interface with any microcontroller, even without analog input.

3. The breakout board has the itself, a 3.3V regulator with a 10uF bypa capacitor and a level conversion circuit.

4. With 2-pin terminal block (used to connect to thermocouple) and pin holder (used to insert any breadboard or perforated board).
