There are three pin definitions for the mini PCI-E interface SSD. One is called msata, which is often found on Lenovo and thinpad machines, and can also be called Intel defined interface; the other is called SATA Mini PCI-E, which is commonly seen in ASUS EPC and some tablet computers, also known as ASUS defined interface; and the other is defined by PATA, which is an IDE interface in essence, which is commonly seen in Dell Mini 9.
