Power supply charges the capacitor C2 through R2, R1, and VR1. When C2 starts charging, the 2 pin of U1 is still at a low level, so the output terminal 3 pin is at a high level.
Power supply is charged to the C2 until power supply voltage current up to 2/3 through R2, R1, VR1, the output 3 pin' s level changes from high to low. The U1 internal discharge tube is turned on, and the capacitor C2 is discharged through the VR1, R1, and U1 pins, until the voltage across C2 is lower than 1/3 of the power supply voltage, the level of the 3 pin of U1 changes from low level to high level. C1 is charged again, and the cycle forms an oscillation.
Adjusting VR1 can control the output frequency of the oscillator. U1 clock oscillation signal is continuously added to 14 feet of U2. There are 10 LEDs connected to the 10 outputs terminals. When the 10 output terminal of U2 take a high level under the action of the clock signal, D1--D10 are sequentially illuminated, thus forming a water-light effect.Package Includes:1 Piece Water Light Suite
