Wrong Item Sent and Damaged on Arrival

I am very disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered 1 Million Lucky (100ml), but instead I received the regular 1 Million version. On top of that, the product arrived damaged, which is extremely frustrating. This is not what I paid for, and receiving the wrong item in damaged condition is unacceptable.
