Hello. The item was delivered in good condition. However I was displeased that I had to place the order twice, with the first one being cancelled thus delaying delivery by 2days. Again after placing the order the second time, the door delivery address was changed and the item was taken to Regen where I had to incur extra cost to go and collect it. I did not receive any notification of malfunctioning system that caused the change since from the previous delivery the items were well delivered to my doorstep and I changed nothing. I remain puzzled and unhappy of that. Kindly check on that so that I (or any other customer) won't be annoyed next time.
