Great Noice Canceling, but Inflexible Fitting

For quiet environments it's great! Call clarity is awesome, and the mic does cancel noise. However it is not loud enough to compete with environmental noise. The worst part for me is the inflexible fitting...the loop over the ear needs a thick neck
