2. If customers need samples for confirmation, they can apply to customer service to place an order for samples. Customer service will record this (products with a minimum order of a full box generally do not support samples). After sample confirmation, orders over 5000 yuan can receive a refund of the sample fee, limited to products under 50 yuan.
