Question 1：Does the volume level have a memory function?
Answer:Yes, after turning off and on again, it will restore the volume level before turning off.

Question 2：What functions can be set in sequence with the navigation menu keys?
Answer: Short press the menu key to set VOX/Call tone/Roger beep/Key beep in turn.

Question 3：What is the special feature of the RB39/RB639 alarm function?
Answer: Long press the - button to turn on local and remote alarms, the alarm will sound for 8 seconds, then the microphone will remain active for 22 seconds to send live messages to your team members without pressing PTT.

Question 4：How to open the VOX function?
Answer: Short press the menu button once to enter the VOX setting, then short press the + button or - button to select the VOX level to enable VOX.

Question 5：How about the talk range?
Answer: Talk Range depend on many factors,like the output power,obstacles,weather,battery power and so on. Usually the RB39 can reach 0-2.4km in urban areas, the RB639 can reach 0-1.6km in urban areas.

Question 6：How does the one-touch frequency matching function work? Does it only support the same type of walkie-talkie?
Answer: ①In standby mode, press and hold the menu key and + button at the same time for 3 seconds, and hear a "beep" tone and the walkie-talkie enters the one-touch frequency receiving mode, the light green flashing rapidly.
②In standby mode, press and hold the menu key and the + button for 5 seconds at the same time, hear two "beeps" and the walkie-talkie enters the transmitting mode with a red light flashing rapidly. The walkie-talkie will transmit the channel information to other walkie-talkies that have entered the one-touch frequency receiving mode.
③After the transmitter has successfully transmitted and the receiver has successfully received, all radios will exit the one-touch mode and the channel information will be the same.
Note: One key to frequency requires the transmitter and receiver in the same channel, only for the frequency and sub-audio settings are the same, the function can not be copied, RB39 and RB639 can not be one key to frequency between, only support the same model intercom for one key to frequency.

Question 7：What is the difference between RB39 and RB639?
Answer: RB639 default setting is PMR 446MHz, 0.5W power, 16 channels, fixed antenna, in line with European regulations, for European users (Russia, Spain, France, Poland, etc.), no radio license required.
RB39 default setting is FRS 462+467MHz, 0.5W/2W power, 22 channels, FCC compliant, no radio license required for US, Canada, Brazil, etc.

Question 8：If I buy 4 or more of them, can they talk to each other?
Answer:Yes. But PMR version and FRS version are not interoperable, please be careful to buy the same version.
