Used for RF signal power detection, the detection frequency range is 0.1---3200MHz, and it can detect a radio frequency signal with a power of -30dBm to 40dBm, and convert this radio frequency signal into a voltage output.
The greater the RF signal amplitude or power, the higher the output voltage, and the output voltage is proportional to the logarithm of the input signal amplitude.
The detector adopts microwave diode design, has a very high operating frequency (not less than 3200MHz), can be used for various high-frequency, radio frequency signal detection, such as: AM detection, 10.7MHz detection AM, discharge signal 300-1200MHz detection, Signal detection and switching circuit in WIFI2.4G amplifier, radio energy harvesting in free space.
