I don't want it.

This remote has no voice feature (that's the very reason I ordered it!), with the white button coming off. Once you open the cover to insert batteries, it dies not close properly i.e loose fitting. Total scam, buying a cheap regular remote for the expensive price of a voice-activated one. Appalling. Plse let me where I can return it.
