it indicate speed--takes phase wire signal., please connect speed wire directly with your controller or motor phase wire, more better for square wave controller, single trip (when stop it indicates single trip) total odometer (when first open the display it indicates odo for first 10seconds) voltage (when riding , it indicates voltage ) battery level light, default setting it is in meteric , if want mile for speed or odo, please talk with sales person, we can produce it, but need time ,  

standard install hold diameter 20-22cm,.

, universal for common electric bike, scooter, mountainbike usually we set speed limit 50km/h for 60v . if have other requirement please leave meage in advance . and for 36v, low voltage protection is 32v, high voltage is 40v for 48v, full voltage 52v, undervoltage 42v for 60v , full voltage 64v. low voltage 52v.
