TLV3501 is a single-channel high-speed push-pull output comparator, delay is 4.5ns, supply voltage: + 2.7V to + 5.5V, has exceeded swing input common-mode range makes it ideally suited for low voltage applications. Rail-to-rail output can directly drive a CMOS or TTL logic.
