Note:
The built in isolation voltage divider of the controller defaults to input the actual arc voltage of 1:1. For some plasmas that come with a 50:1 non isolated divider, the input can be set to 50:1.1. Do not connect the actual arc voltage wire directly to the ground clip and torch cable.2. The cable from the arc voltage height controller to the motor should be shielded cable, and the shielded network should be connected to the ground of the machine.3. The plasma power supply and arc voltage height controller must be strictly grounded. Be careful to check the torch height and grounding clamp before starting the arc.4. Domestic Plasma Power Supply: Arc voltage must be taken from the high frequency arc ignition stage and before the reactor. Sampled from the position of the rectified output of the plasma.5. Any control cable and plasma torch cable should be kept as far away as possible (above 5cm) when wiring to prevent high frequency coupling into the control signal and damage to the controller and numerical control system.
