Specification:
Condition: 100% Brand new
Item Type: Voltage Frequency Converter Module
Model: VF-10V25KHz
Input Control Voltage Range: 0-10VDC
The input power supply has a voltage range of 12-30 VDC. It is recommended that the power supply voltage be 15-24 VDC. When the 12V level is input, the power supply cannot be powered by 12VDC, and at least 15VDC or more. At 24 levels, the power supply needs to be powered by 24VDC.
Current Requirement of the Power Supply: greater than 30MA
Mounting Fixed: 4 x M3 screw holes
Size: Approx. 4.7 x 4.5 x 1.7cm / 1.9 x 1.8 x 0.7in
Package List:
1 x Voltage Frequency Converter Module
Instructions for Use and Wiring:
There is a silk screen mark on the top of the module. It can be wired according to the mark. The meaning of the mark is as follows:
0-10V: The analog voltage signal is input to the positive terminal.
GND: Common ground, GND.
12-30V: Power input positive terminal.
GND: power ground wire
OC-OUT: signal collector output port (use this output port when equipped with a driver)
FREQ-OUT: frequency output port (common frequency output port)
Two independent outputs, OC-OUT is NPN and FREQ-OUT is IC output. The common cathode end is used with the negative GND of the power supply. When the common anode wiring is used with the power supply, when the common anode wiring is 13-24V, it is necessary to string a 2.7KR resistor. Common anode wiring, when 12V power supply, to string a 330R resistor.
An example of the linear correspondence between voltage and frequency:
1V converted to 2500Hz
Convert 5V to 12.5KHz
Convert 10V to 25KHz
