How to prepare
Fill a cup full with quinoa seeds and wash and rinse at least two times. For every cup of quinoa add 2 cups of water to a pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling add the washed quinoa seeds, reduce the heat and cook until all the water has evaporated.
Can be served in salads or eaten as a rice substitute.
